Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the browser App
2. Put the cursor on the address bar
3. Tap on the lowercase "l"
4. Hold the character for it to display on the address bar
Actual result:
The "lira" special character is not displayed by default
Expected result:
The default special character should be displayed.

The Uppercase "L" works the same way. Test case #4637 fails too.

If it is English keyboard, the default alternative char for "l" is "ł", according to the following spec,
