With bug 817709 landed on mozilla-central and merged to the alder branch, we can make use of the MOZ_WEBRTC_LEAKING_TESTS flag to run also leaking Mochitests by default. Therefore some config files have to be updated.

This will ensure that all types of builds will pick up the request to run leaking WebRTC tests. Also pushed to try: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=817971
