Using Print feature, and selecting "Adobe PDF" as printer for printing documents to Adobe .pdf format causes Nightly to lock up/freeze.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20121203 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20121203030801 Steps to reproduce: attempting to print to PDF from within Nightly causes freeze Actual results: after editing filename/directory in "save as" window, Nightly freezes and reports "not responding" Only option is to close Nightly and window. Auto search finds no resolution for problem. Using most recent versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.0 (9.6??) and Adobe Reader X. Same page prints correctly in IE Expected results: Page should print to pdf, save to HD and display PDF document as saved, and return focus to Nightly Window. Document never saves, document never displays, and focus never returns to Nightly, although other programs running simultaneously in other windows are functional.
