Yikes, that's pretty bad. Even improving the transparency would be a huge leap forward. Marking ux-branch.

Looks good overall, however your branch doesn't seem to be using the correct PLAY and PAUSE icons provided in the graphics.zip. Can you please update that, and it can be merged in.
