With cookies disabled or google cookies blocked:

Search on Google.com

You get blank white instead of search results.

This isn't bug 725634 which is that clicking on a result doesn't go through.

New since 12/06/12
I tested Firefox 4.0 and it exhibits this bug so that would seem to rule this out as being a Firefox bug. However, IE10 does not exhibit this bug. If it only affects Firefox that might be one reason users are quick to blame us.
If you switch to the IE8 user agent (using User Agent Switcher addon) then the results page starts working again.
May be a repeat of bug 725634.
Thanks for reporting this. I've raised a bug for this issue, and will update this thread as soon as I have more info.

I can't reproduce. Blocking Cookies on Google is still giving me search results.
