Bug 819654 converts old samples to the new Live Samples.

We need to be sure that all translations are also updated to the new mechanism.
Looks like this does not involve development work. Moving to "Developer Documentation". Please open separate bugs against MDN if you need changes to the Live Sample system to accomplish this.

We're working on a project called "examples-on-top" currently. This bug isn't really actionable anymore as we decided to improve code samples differently.
