This is an issue that Verdi brought up on November 28’s mobile support meeting, about how it’s unclear to the user that his/her question has been posted on the support forum.
On SUMO desktop, we put a banner above the question that says “Done! Your question is now posted on the Mozilla community support forum.” We should do the same on mobile, and I use the same style that the Gaia notification uses: an overlay on the bottom part of the screen.
