but 
https://developer.mozilla.org/ja/docs/Apps
redirects to
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps

Also, the link in the Languages dropdown menu is
https://developer.mozilla.org/ja/docs/en/Apps

The subdirectory is not redirected, though.

odd ... when you translated the Apps doc, did you set the slug to en/Apps ? It should have saved as Apps with 'ja' locale.

While Apps/Marketplace_Payments and Apps/Tutorials are not affected, the rest have fallen under /en/.

So how can we get them fixed? Can you manually move those troubled pages?

We have page-moving now, but we need to fix a page-delete issue so we can delete pages at target URL's before moving around. (bug 824037)
