http://mrcote.info/phonedash/#/org.mozilla.fennec/throbberstart/local-twitter/2012-11-26/2012-12-10 shows a small (< 200 ms) increase in the time to throbber start, for all phones, on Dec 5.

The most-affected device is 78_d6_f0_89_af_9a_nexus_s with a time of 874 at https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/1942b4d64dc8, a time of 972 at https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/56f34c1cc509, and a time of 1021 at https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/e315b3972412.
Sorry I didn't look into this when we had builds available. There are more recent issues I think we can focus on where I can determine tight regression ranges, so I'm going to mark this as incomplete. :-(
