Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20121128204232 Steps to reproduce: Went to web site http://www.govolsxtra.com/ Actual results: Could not get the browser to scroll to the top of the page. When I switched to Internet Explorer emulation in Firefox using Add-on IE Tab 2, scrolling worked. Expected results: Firefox should have scrolled without IE emulation.

Can you reproduce in Safe mode? (Help-Restart with Add-ons disabled) If yes, please provide a screencast.

Then it must be one of your add-ons that is causing this. You can disable them one by one to find the culprit. You can inform the developer of the add-on once you've figured it out.

Mass-closing old Extension Compatibility bugs that relate to legacy add-ons or NPAPI plug-ins. If you think this bug is still valid, please reopen or comment. Sorry for the bug spam, and happy Friday!
