Details

The Solitude API needs some minor tweaks to allow GETs on bango packages. This would allow webpay to create a Bango product (number) on the fly for in-app purchases. See bug 795140 for how this worked for existing products, such as Marketplace app purchases.

I think we just need a way to make GET requests for bango packages filtering by seller ID. The rest will be adding tests/mocks to webpay and getting it hooked up.
