User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20121210 Firefox/20.0 Build ID: 20121210030747 Steps to reproduce: Visit a site that wants to use plugins (such as Adobe Flash Player). Actual results: I get a popup notification in the location bar which asks me "Would you like to activate the plugins on this page?". The notification appears on every page with plugins. Attached is a screenshot of the notification. Expected results: The notification shouldn't appear on every page. I was browsing Ars Technica and literally every page gave me a popup notification asking me if I want to enable Adobe Flash. Normally I like to leave plugins disabled unless I specifically want them, so blacklisting a site isn't something I want to do. I think this changed recently. If I remember right the old behavior simply displayed an icon in the location bar that I could click if I wanted plugins enabled.
