Since these are expected to have at least some tests (IIRC), let's use a different row for them. Let's say "B2G Panda gaia-central opt" for the row, and stick with "Bi" for the cell.

Agreed if we're going to run tests after all, then new row best.

"B2G Panda gaia-central opt" is a bit wide, and would mean losing more horizontal space for the results.

The widest currently is:
"Android 2.2 Armv6 opt"

How about:
"B2G Panda gaia-tip opt"

(Or anything else of that length or less).

"tip" is an ambiguous term. How about "B2G Panda g-central opt"?

Using "B2G Panda g-central" is still a bit wide :-(

Given that (a) if devs don't know about the gaia workflow, "gaia-central" (with no further explanation) is still not going to make complete sense, and (b) once they know, it's redundant information shown on every single push; could we perhaps just abbreviate to "g-c" or something? (also, we don't use "No-ionmonkey", and happy to abbreviate there).
