Step to reproduce:
Visiting following pages:
- https://www.yammer.com/login
- http://www.jango.com/music/Rihanna?l=0
- http://imgur.com/

Result:
* doorhanger popups are shown. It's very annoying.
* popups steal focus. It's very annoying.

Expectation:
Firefox should not show doorhanger popups of normal click-to-play.

I ended up including a fix for this in my patch for bug 819992, so I'll dupe this bug to that bug. Sorry for leading you on this path.
