Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Contact app
2. Enter add contact page
3. Select picture field 
4. Choose Camera selection
5. Take a photo by camera



Actual results:

Return to contact add page but the picture still blank (after scroll up and down it won't show up as well)
* Press done and back to main page, you can check that it's really no picture 
* Go to gallery, you can see the photo you took is not there


Expected results:

Return to contact add page and the photo you just take will show up in picture field, and is save in gallery app.

Blocking+ for smoketest but I was unable to reproduce on 12/12 nightly -- assigning to Dale to take a look.

The bug has changed. If I make a photo accessed from contacts, the user is not redirected to contact details. Sometimes when you select the option "takes a picture" from contacts Camera shows black screen

This will happen if the camera was previously opened, which is also the cause for the black camera screen
