When background theme are applied, the Feedback button is improperly colored.

Reproducible: always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox and navigate to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/personas/
2. Install any persona
3. Please observe the Feedback button.

Expected results:
All the buttons from the Navigation bar have the same color.

Actual results:
The Feedback button is colored differently from the other buttons regardless of the selected show type (Icons and text, Icons or Text) in the Customization dialog.

This is reproducible on Windows, Ubuntu and Mac OS X.
