Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab 
OS: Android 3.2 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec an d go to www.popuptest.com
2. Long tap on Multi-PopUp Test #2
3. Choose Open Link in New Tab 

Expected result:
- Doorhanger notification is displayed pe www.popuptest.com/popuptest12.html

Actual result:
- Doorhanger notification is not displayed pe www.popuptest.com/popuptest12.html

Note : If you move quickly at the new tab - while still loading - doorhanger will be displayed.
