Details

Making your own API tokens was turned off in prod because its behind a flag. But I think life would just be easier if we turned it on. Would anyone mind if we did that?
Since the API is just a way to programmatically submit stuff, I think it's fine to enable; that said, there is a remote risk of someone flooding prod with test data. Though I suggest we either cross that bridge when we get there, or we warn on the API key creation page that they should not test on prod.
Good idea, I'll add a note about that on the API key page.
