## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012-12-13

## Repro :
1. go to http://login.persona.org
2. select sign in
3. once the page loads pan down

## Expected :
1. just pans down

## Actual :
1. jiggles like jell-o gelatin

Hey Naoki, the video is set to private.

This sounds like either a dupe of the bouncing address bar or the jiggly scrolling at slow speeds?

it is a bouncing address bar, though, I'm not100 % sure if it's a dup.  I think it's fighting for showing the field in the content with the keyboard up?

Well, what I meant to say is that it might be a different case of the bouncing address bar.  

I fixed the video so it's public.  (Or at least I should have) please try looking at it again.
