If a web activity comes in to create an email and the account has not been setup, the web activity goes poof.

## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012-12-13
## Repro :
1. make sure email is not setup
2. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/iPhoneLinks.html
3. select John Frank link
4. setup email
## Expected :
1. at the end of setting up email, should be composing to John Frank
## Actual :
1. sitting at the inbox.
