Ad-hoc networks (which will be useful to us when bug 811635 is fixed, I think) cannot be connected to normally. We shouldn't expose them in the normal network list.

This should block as it can cause us to appear to be connecting but never actually connect.

Better than "connecting to" it would be better to be able to "*Create* an ad hoc Wi-Fi network"
