On the b2g18 branch, mozdevice is still a little out of date (e.g has attribute useZip instead of _useZip). This causes some problems with the newly turned on B2G xpcshell harness which is expecting the newer version of devicemanager.

After testing locally the above patch seems to be all that was needed. I'll watch b2g18 and close this bug if there are no further problems.
