82193 - "Select folders for Offline Download" dialog broken

Bring up the "Select folders for Offline Download" by clicking the "Select"
button in an account that supports the Offline features.

Notice how all the checkboxes are gone.

This means that this feature is totally broken. Right?

are still there for the "Select Items for Offline Usage"
window

Worksforme (all checkboxes present and seem functional), too, with may22
commercial trunk build, win98 in both classic and modern skins from either
account settings  ui or Download/Sync Now.  Linux rh6.2 ok, too (classic skin).

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I'm testing this on a news-server's
account.

I see checkboxes for newsgroups where I have news accounts in a multiple account
profile. I also just tried linux for a new profile with news account only.
Checkboxes are present for subscribed groups. Will double-check news only
profile on win98, but looks like all's okay in commercial build land.

News account checkboxes present in "Select Items for Offline useage"
in 2001052208 linux 2.2, 2001052210 mac, and 2001052204 windows
build. Everything seems fine to me.

Turned out that there were no checkboxes because I was not subscribed to any
newsroups and thus had no offline-able items.  Duh!
