We had to disable these dialogs due to bug 820438.
When this platform bug is going to be fixed, we will be able to enable them back.
I don't suspect we want to ship a phone without a slow-script dialog.

Backout bug 820443 when platform bug 820438 is fixed and landed.

Per re-triage today, we won't be blocking on this. Users can always get out of the browser using the home button and can kill the browser after that.
