This seems to not appear in 11.6.602.146 - Sal, do you know if you guys took a fix specifically for this one?

it looks like we took a change in the area. in late december there was a pepper integration and that looked to be the root cause.  code changes were made in this area on 1/13 to resolve the problem.

Thanks, good to know that it was fixed intentionally. :)
