auto-completion only works in the primary mozilla window.  If you open a new
mozilla window and enter a url, there are no auto-completion entries.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open http://www.cnn.com in first window
2.open new mozilla window
3.type http://www.cnn.com in url-bar in new window

Actual Results:  There are no auto-completion entries in second window

Expected Results:  There should be auto-completion entries in second window
