Need UX input here. We don't have multichannel before, so the mute icon just stands for main channel volume is going to 0. But how do we show the icon based on current multichannel structure? Using content channel and notification channel together to check. Or show by only notification channel is muted? I feel this is relavant to silent mode design, but we don't have it implemented now.

Don't think it's a blocker for V1.

Verified that the Mute icon is now appearing correctly in the Status Bar when the phone's main volume has been reduced to 0. Checked on Build 20130103070201 on 1/3/13
