Move-to control not updated for new folder

Details
Scenario: Create a Mail Filter. In the process, define a NEW folder. Exit out
of the folder dialogs. [The new folder is already visible in the sidebar tree view]
Pick a message, Context-Menu=>Move-To.
The move-to control cannot "see" the new folder.
A petty annoyance, dragging works but it's slower.

Build 2001-05-22-04: WinMe, I was able to easily reproduce the problem if the
folder was on the second level. If it was a first level folder then I did not
have a problem. The "second level" problem also occurs from the main mail
window.
- Account 1
- Folder1 (ok)
- Folder2
- Subfolder1 (didn't see this second level folder)
What build are you using and what OS?

David Cobb emailed me a response, thanks David:
"Yeah, second-level. I should have been more precise.
Build 2001-05-05-15 (Release 0.9) on Win98se. Up til now I've avoided the
nightlies."
