Adding feedback from Lee on responsive design here:

Can we size down the main menu text (ABOUT, 2012 WINNERS etc) from 14pt to 12pt? 

Can we use #212a2f for our darkest grey fonts? Currently, it looks like it's black #000000

Type in the main promo circle looks like it has CSS shadows on it, can we take those off?

   2. Rules page subheadline is not responsive yet

   2. Links below the hero: at this size, can we stack them on top of each other horizontally? I think 
      they would read better than getting smooshed as 3 columns
   3. Is there another way to treat the hero mosaic once the response kicks in? For example, maybe the
      mosaic stays the same scale but gets cropped by a smaller mask
