the list of mail filters doesn't reflect all of the mail filters in my rules.dat file. it only displays the first 3. I've seen this on linux and windows.

I only see 3 filters in the attached rules.dat: "spam" "direct" and "community". Is there more to the scenario than you described? Did you set filters for different accounts? In this case they'd be shown in different rules.dat files appropriately for the respective account and displayed only when the respective account is selected in the filter ui -- you might've selected the wrong account in the filter UI dropdown.
Dup of bug 52726?
I can't tell if it's a dupe: I wasn't clear; sorry. all of my filters show up, but their individual contents in the list view (where you specify field data criteria) only show three criteria (for which I actually have many more).
Yes, it sounds like it's bug 52726. Unfortunately that bug's been around awhile and has now been bumped out to a target fix milestone of 0.9.2 -- won't make it for beta time. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 52726 ***

also see bug 40480 -- not sure if 52726 will be the final tracking bug for the fix or if we'll go back to 40480. In any case, just providing another trail. Marking this verified as duplicate.
