Precondition: To perform this test you need the SIM toolkit Kit with the SIM number 9

STR
1. Introduce the SIM number 9
2. Wait a certain period of time

EXPECTED RESULT
The device must display Text command where indicates that the application will execute SIM Initialization and Full Change Notification.

ACTUAL RESULT
Nothing happens

dpv, can you check it is a certification blocker and if so link to the corresponding bug? If it is a blocker, can we check for extra-information about when this command is used?

Hi, 

This is also a very basic STK feature used by many STK apps (including brokers). 

This is related to REFRESH command, that allows the device to be notified of changes in the SIM card. 

One of the possible modes is: 

- SIM Initialization and Full File Change Notification: This mode causes the ME to perform the SIM initialization procedure of the first mode above and advises the ME that several EFs have been changed (in structure or contents) in the SIM. If there is an image of SIM EFs in the ME's memory, the ME shall completely update this image.

823001 Landed. That patch fix this bug too.
