STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=19135 2. Resize the window to be smaller than the width of the two floats combined. EXPECTED RESULTS As the window is shrunk, the second floats should wrap around. ACTUAL RESULTS As the window is shrunk, the second float flickers, oscillating between two sizes. The second float snaps down then springs back up again at the exact width where it would start wrapping.
