steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-polarbar9842/payments/
2. Click on "Add Account"
3. Enter values in a few fields. Without submitting the form, close the form.
4. Click on "Add Account" and then re-enter the same values.
5. Notice the autocomplete prompt

What is going on with this bug?  It's a browser bug or something we can fix in the marketplace?

We can fix it (and we'll probably have to, as it doesn't seem like there's any momentum to fix the browser bug), but the fix is kind of a hack. This is like the modern-day equivalent of `zoom:1`.

There are other issues with entering form fields during bango registration. basta asked me to append this bug-

a) Unable to click on an option in the dropdown for currency to select it. Can select the same by hitting enter.
b) Clicking on the country field, causes the dropdown options to blink and close. Clicking on the down arrow opens the dropdown as expected.

Davor, can you help Basta with this bug? You've fixed this stuff before. I know it's a known bug/issue with WebKit and Firefox.
