823438 - [FM Radio] Radio doesn't keep playing when go to homescreen

## Environment :
Unagi phone, release build 2012-12-18
Build info: 
gaia master : 1527cf5192e32a1864dd47e38bfa8de7adf735ab
mozilla-beta : 2b77f0a3fcc862c6925138d08fe44576da56bc7

## Repro :
1. Set an alarm
2. Wait for alarm goes off
3. Make a phone call from other device
4. The incoming call will ring, verify the alarm is turned off
5. Cancel the incoming call 
6. Kill the clock app from card view (there is a bug, please see 823399)
7. Launch the radio app with headphone plugged-in
8. verify can hear the radio from headphone
9. Press home key, back to homescreen

## Expected:
* The radio will keep playing

## Actual:
* The radio stop playing, you need to restart manually radio in the radio app

The steps here seems complex enough that we wouldn't hold the release over this. So minusing.

But yes, most likely this is just another symptom of the problem fixed in bug 820704. So it'll likely get automatically fixed.
