Where is it in the GMX interface? Which button?

I have changed my hardcopy to highlight the button for choosing the user-interface.

I don't have this feature with a basic freemail from GMX.
Is it possible to create a guest account with this feature?

I can confirm this UI is only available with a paid account. I will contact the GMX support with this issue, whether they have a test account.
Since it is working with IE 9, it is maybe a different implementation of JavaScript. Is there any chance to activate a log ?

Yes, a test account would be great, it's likely an issue in Firefox.
Do you know if GMX allows multi-account?
Many webmails allow the user to create a secondary email account.
Great, I performed to get a Top Mail account, because GMX offers 1-month free testing. ;)
And now I'm able to see the GMX Mail 2010 icon and the issue about blank content.
I'll try to find a regression.
STR:
1) Open http://www.gmx.net/top_ssl
2) Login (use the tab 'TopMail Login' on the left)
Username: pauldupond@gmx.de
Password: nZxqrmEa79
3) In the inbox, click on the 1st icon 'GMX Mail 2010'
Result:
The website fails to open the GMX Mail 2010 inbox layout, page stays gray.

I have raised this issue to the GMX Premium Service Ticket C321559474. The guy at the hotline was very friendly and promised to forward this information to the relevant team.
I will track the progress and post any progress here.

hey Marcus,
the GMX subsidiary Mail.com has a similar issue on Firefox. Please have a look here (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=819871).
Maybe you could send a premium ticket regarding the Mail.com bug as well?
