In Settings > Call Settings > Call Forwarding
Provide simple feedback (A message) when setting any of the call forwarding.

Casey,
The confusion seems come from using the 'back' button for confirming. Maybe an 'OK' button can be added to the upper right (just like other dialogs in settings). Then we don't need to display additional messages.
Since this bug targets C3 milestone, I will start to implement the above proposal at first. Please let me know if you have any concerns. Thanks.
