Steps to reproduce:

FYI.. i know addon is not mozilla, but may shed some light on other scripting things>

try to download a flash video with Flash Video Downloader - Youtube Downloader 3.8.1 by Pavel Shcherbakov ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/963217/?src=api )


Actual results:

the UI for downloader appears as normal but there are No video to download. It's not able to see the embedded videos in page.


Expected results:

a list of all flash elements should be listed in apps dialog window and the ability to download should be available.

i reinstalled (decompressed, copied files to my loc run dir /home/landis/bin/mozilla/Aurora) Aurora 19.0a2 (16.12.12) and ran it. Add-on and scriptish work fine, but FF is sluggish..

Landis, is Firefox sluggish without the addons?

Please try safe mode to verify that:

Please file a new bug for this issue if you can still reproduce using a new profile as per comment 2.

Resolving WORKSFORME based on the fact that the add-on is working as designed, as you reported in comment 1.

add-on does Not work in any build After 18.12.12 nightly build.
It does Not work in new profile.

The aDD oN yOU tUBE aUDIO AND vIDEO dOWNLAODER WAS WORKING AND THEN IT SUDDENLY WOULD DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. ( Sorry about the caps) I downloaded something then it would not download anything ! Please Help me with this okay Thank You for looking into it !
