Seen on unagi during end to end crash testing, running: Gaia: 231effbeabc3 Gecko: 6962039806d6 STR: 1. Launch the video app 2. Kill the plugin process via the command line and wait the crash report notification 3. Observe the attached screenshot, which happens after you have dismissed the notification After the crash notification comes up, the dock UI slides down a bit on the screen. Launching an app seems to fix the issue.

Might be fixed by bug 822231 landing. Retest when a build comes out with that patch.
can't reproduce this 2013-01-08 gaia master: df13e23c775d02f430e01799ea8b19d61afb4b86 b2g-18: 9220d6eb3f77
