we need to bring up enough foopies to support this effort!

This morning I configured foopies 78-95 to handle pandas 610-807
Actually it should have been foopies 81-95. In any case, the panda assignments for the foopies have been checked in, see bug 803248 and the individual foopies have had the dirs created.
