One of the goals of Signal from Noise, https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/Signal_From_Noise , is to note regressions on TBPL. Specifically, we should turn TBPL letters orange if datazilla detects a regression.

Using exit code and/or custom handling in buildbot yeah?
this is not a realistic goal- we have xperf jobs which are orange if they find a regression- all the plumbing is in place, but we need to prove this is a sustained regression.
