User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20121128204232 Steps to reproduce: Spontaneous Crash Actual results: Firefox suddenly crashed when I was away from my computer. The generated crash report isn't complete/corrupt. Expected results: Firefox shouldn't crash and if it crashed it should generate a normal dump
Example of crashreport: 54e9b582-49df-40a7-a428-abfd62121227 Another example: 1579fb79-e81e-459d-9e57-6975f2121219
Can you retry sending the Report within about:crashes by clicking on it?
Doesn't work. I directly get the processed report. Problem only occurs with full browsercrashes, not with plugin crashes. Those reports are fine.
Here are crash IDs from comment 1: bp-54e9b582-49df-40a7-a428-abfd62121227 bp-1579fb79-e81e-459d-9e57-6975f2121219 With so many extensions installed, it's likely caused by one of them. Does it happen in Safe Mode (see https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)? (In reply to Remko de Keijzer from comment #0) > it crashed it should generate a normal dump Memory corruption usually generates an unusable dump so that part can't be fixed.

Does > it happen in Safe Mode (see > https://support.mozilla.org/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)? Since the last crash no full browser crash has occured. It's not easy to reproduce as I have no idea what happens just prior to the crash. So Safe Mode won't help much in this case.

Let's close it as incomplete without STR and a valid stack trace.
