some of our hostnames have gotten too long for the formatting of show_revisions, leading to a table that is hard to scan for differences.

Also, remote commands (which can't have headers) need to have output explained in help.

minor tweaks to output to help infrequent users with short memories (not that we have any here)

It works - it would be cleaner to create an "actions" object and have these be methods, but that's more hacking on production-code-built-atop-fabric than I'm comfortable with.

More elegant introspection solutions welcome. And, I'm okay with this patch being r-'d
