Intermittent STR
 (1) |make reset-gaia| (ensure lots of icons are on homescreen)
 (2) Enter edit mode
 (3) Grab an icon and move it around, move between screens etc
 (4) Drop icon and goto (3)

Sometimes this triggers the panning mechanism instead of moving the icon around.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
