Prereq:An email account synced to the phone In the email app, when the user is at the Inbox, when the user presses the + icon (upper right) to compose a new email: taps on the + icon in the TO field user begins typing in their info in the TO field the first 2 entries are not displayed in the field until the third entry is typed in at which point the entry is displayed
duping double-submit to the one with more stuff on it.
