PayAndID-001 As a user I can create a Persona identity so that I can sign into the Marketplace Depends on Identity 794552
PayAndID-002 As a user I want to sign into the Marketplace and install a free app so that I can track the install and easily re-install on a new/other device PayAndID-003 As a user I want to not have to sign into the Marketplace in order to install a free app so that I can install the app anonymously and protect my identity.
