Details

STR: 1. have an update available, begin downloading it 2. enable power save mode 3. wait 5 minutes, disable power save mode 4. cancel the download, start it again Expected: Download resumes or recommences. Actual: Download hangs at 0 bytes and won't fetch any more until the phone is restarted.
Dave is pretty sure this is a dupe of bug 819548.
