825712 - [B2G][Lock Screen] notification received while phone is locked will start to overlap the time stamp when over 35 characters.

Repro Steps:
1. Update two phone to build ID: 20121217070202.
2. Have one phone be on the lock screen.
3. On the second phone send an SMS that is 40 characters long to the first phone.
4. Observe the notification on the first phone.

Actual Results:
The time stamp of the message will be over lapped by the message.

Expected Results:
The message will be cut off with ellipsis before the time stamp.

This also applies to SMS shown in the notifications pull-down so it doesn't seem to be isolated to the lock screen.

Setting to basecamp : +, it's more than just SMS, it's all notification and this is a likely scenario to occur.

We need to check the layout is correct when in lockscreen mode
