bug 821898 will update the manifests to point to the correct location for a number of repos included in the "snapshot" used by releng to build b2g internally to Mozilla.

We will likely be using the releng generated sources.xml file to ensure the correct tagging is done on all the repos. The sources.xml is (in part) based on the snapshot file. 

Thus we need to regenerate the snapshot file using the new manifests prior to release.
We've regenerated the snapshots since the manifests were updated.
