Looks like this was broken in the postgres 9.2 upgrade

There used to be a fakedata user+database for this to use (from dev), but it's not able to connect anymore (since the 9.2 upgrade I think):
dropdb: could not connect to database postgres: could not connect to server: Connection refused
Is the server running on host "10.8.70.124" and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 4321?

I re-initiated this instance and it's back up on 4321. Please test and let me know if there is anything missing.
