What investigation have you done here? Are you able to replicate the failure?

I have not been able to reproduce this.
I do get the timeout from bug 794400 regularly (on OS X), but as you said, it might not be connected.

XP does crash under high load, but with a "Disconnect Error: Application unexpectedly closed"

Please mention that on the bug. I was not able to reproduce this issue, so you may be able to investigate this further.
